A BRIEF VINTAGE DESCRIPTION
This vintage was officially rated as Very Good and was featured by a very hot summer, which produced very high alcohol

levels, soft sweet tannins and good structure.

WINE MAKER: Gloria Molinet

HARVESTING
The harvest started at the end of September. All the grapes were manually harvested and then transported to the winery in small crates.

WINE- MAKING
Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, employing de-stemmed grapes and cold maceration of the grapes. After

fermentation, most of the wine undertakes malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels. Afterwards, it has been aged for 36

months with a minimum time of 18 months in American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Modern style Rioja, plenty of terrain. The smell is dominated by well ripened fruits, trawberries liquor, toasted hints,

leather and balsamic smell. Once in the mouth it is deep and warm, well rounded with some smoky taste perfuming the palate.
