Vineyard: Defined zone of  NEMEA V.Q.P.R.D

Harvest: End of September- early October.

Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation at 28-30 ℃

Aging: 12 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Characteristics: Filambelo offers a combination of red cherries and some black fruit followed by hints of wild flowers and herbs. The presence of the oak is delicate offering aromas of leather and some brown spice. Smooth and velvety this wine delivers black fruit flavors also in mouth. Balanced acidity and soft tannins support a multi-layered and complex mid-palate that ends to a long and fruit forward supported by medium oak finish.

Accompanied with: Serving at room temperature (18℃).
A superb partner to red grilled meat or sweet sauces (such as apricot) and yellow cheese.
