Spirit: 13% Vol

Winemaking: Manual harvested clusters, selecting the best quality grapes in order to provide the best quality juice. Pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation on controlled temperature, followed by a light aging on French oak.

Tasting Notes: Ruby color with garnet tones. Fruity ripped and jam aromas (plums), spices and smoke notes. Structured, featured with firm and irreverent tannins with pleasant acidity, modest, but a fresh partner for food.

Service: Vale Fornos is recommended to be served at 16ºC and consumed ate 18ºC.
